In the Netherlands, 2.5 million people struggle daily with reading, writing, math, and digital skills, also called basic skills. These deficiencies make it difficult for them to fully participate in society, such as reading and understanding a letter or buying a train ticket, leading to various personal and societal problems.

Accompanied by the accomplishment and collaboration, the closing event of the industrial research projects, conducted in partnership between Kropman B.V., TU/e, and Eindhoven Engine will take place on 7th November at Kropman B.V., Breda. Set to take place with great eagerness, this event marks not only the conclusion of 3 successful projects but also a step towards bringing research to practical implementation.
