At Eindhoven Engine we want to tackle the ‘wicked problem’ of 3,1 million people in the Netherlands with lack of basic skills and aim to create an Inclusive society. We approach this issue across multiple domains, such as work, health, finance and social relations.

Assignment
Our immersive workshop helps people with high literacy levels experience the challenges faced by those with limited language skills. It highlights how complex systems can unintentionally widen societal gaps and encourages participants to reflect and take action. We want to expand the reach of this impactful experience.
- The assignment could include one or more of the following tasks:
- Develop a marketing and communication strategy to increase workshop visibility
- Support B2B and B2G outreach in sectors like cleaning, HR/diversity, logistics, and municipalities
- Help shape value propositions and pitch materials for different audiences
- Contribute to a financial and investment plan for scaling the initiative
- Assist in go-to-market strategy development

We are looking for:
HBO students: Last year of Bachelor program
WO students: Last year of Bachelor program or in his/her Master program
with a background in Marketing & Communication/ Media-entertainment/ Business and Management/ Applied psychology/ Social innovation
