Towards a more inclusive society to raise awareness of basic skills gaps

In the Netherlands, 2.5 million people struggle daily with reading, writing, math, and digital skills, also called basic skills. These deficiencies make it difficult for them to fully participate in society, such as reading and understanding a letter or buying a train ticket, leading to various personal and societal problems.

High Tech Discovery Route

On 8 June 2024, the High Tech Discovery Route will take place in the Brainport region. On the TU/e campus TU Eindhoven, Fontys and Summa will open its doors for visitors to take a look into the high-tech kitchen of the Brainport region.

Eindhoven Engine is thrilled to participate in this Route. You can find us with our demos Think Wave Innovation Tool, Bridge builders’ game, Contribute to green electricity and Loom for Future Care.

You are also welcome at Brainport Industries Campus, Stichting Hightech Helmond – de Peel, High Tech Campus, GEA and other tech companies & locations.
