This ambition comes to life through Patricia’s work within Inclusive Society, where she focuses on creating opportunities for everyone to participate in a rapidly changing labour market. What drives her and how she brings this mission into practice? She shares her perspective below:
Building a future-proof labour market
I am excited to start as Program Manager Technology and Inclusion (TINT Brainport) at Eindhoven Engine.
I’m really looking forward to getting started, because I believe that technology not only accelerates innovation, but can also contribute to a labour market where more people have the opportunity to use their talents.
With TINT Brainport, we collaborate with companies, educational institutions, governments, and societal organizations on innovative solutions that increase labour participation and strengthen sustainable employability.
The challenge is significant. In our region, the demand for talent is growing rapidly, while at the same time a large amount of potential remains untapped. How do we ensure that more people can participate, develop themselves, and remain sustainably employed? This is not only a societal challenge, but also a key condition for a strong and future-proof economy.
“By smartly connecting technology, knowledge, and collaboration,
we can truly make a difference.”
I am very much looking forward to working together with partners, colleagues, and innovators in the region to build impactful solutions—solutions that contribute to a more inclusive labour market and a stronger Brainport.
